How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by emailing us at customerservice@wombat.com.au and ask for your details to be updated.
Please include details of your old email, new email and full name in your message to us.

How do I unsubscribe from Wombat E-Club to stop receiving emails?
There are two ways that you can unsubscribe from Wombat E-Club.
Click the unsubscribe link or button at the bottom of any email that Wombat has sent to you.
Email us at customerservice@wombat.com.au and ask to unsubscribe and be removed from our mailing list.
Please allow 7 days for this to take effect.

How can I change my details for the Wombat VIP Club?
There are three ways you can change your details for the Wombat VIP Club.

Write to us at Wombat VIP Club, PO Box 7, St Peters NSW 2044.

I’m a Member of Wombat VIP Club  but I haven’t received my VIP Club Rebate Voucher.

Policies

Refund
If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on full price items, we will refund within 21 days if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.

Exchange
If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on full price items, we will exchange or issue a credit note within 30 days of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.
If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on sale items, we will exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase.

For returns on Lay-By items, the Refund and Exchange policy applies from the date of Lay-By finalisation. Wombat stores will exchange, issue a credit note or refund an item if it is faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.
