- To qualify for a seasonal 5% rebate; members must present their VIP Club Card with every transaction. Refunds on purchases made using the VIP Club Card will be deducted accordingly from the seasonal spend.
- The two rebate seasons per year are 1st January to 30th June and 1st July to 31st December. The 5% seasonal rebate will be issued within six months following the close of a rebate season however the exact date of issue is at the discretion of Wombat.
- The 20% off birthday discount is valid on members birthday only (where birthday falls outside trading days, discount will be valid on the next working day). Available to members of the Wombat VIP Club, including members who join on their birthday. Drivers licence or proof of birth date must be presented with Wombat VIP Club card to receive discount. Discount not valid in conjunction with any other offer or Promotional Voucher, excluding the redemption of standard Wombat Gift Vouchers or Credit Notes. Not valid on the purchase of Gift Vouchers.
- Wombat VIP Club Cards and member benefits are for exclusive use of the VIP Club Card Member.
- By joining Wombat VIP Club, Wombat may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/ or to send advertisements about events, products and services which we think you are likely to be interested in. The Privacy Policy detailed on this section also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The 5% Rebate will be issued to members in the form of a Wombat VIP Club Rebate Voucher. Wombat VIP Club Rebate Vouchers can only be redeemed on full price purchases; cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to make a Lay-by payment. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.
- Wombat VIP Club Rebate Vouchers will not be replaced if stolen or lost.
- It is the member’s responsibility to inform Wombat of any changes to personal details. Wombat accepts no responsibility for members not receiving Wombat VIP Club Rebate Vouchers, invites or any other promotional material, if incorrect details are provided, or Wombat are not notified of any change of detail. Wombat also accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence resulting from circumstances outside Wombat control.
- Wombat reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
(a) suspend, terminate or vary the Wombat VIP Club program;
(b) change the terms and conditions of the Wombat VIP Club program; and
(c) terminate any individual’s membership or refuse to issue any individual a membership in its absolute discretion.
- Wombat and Pretty Girl Fashion Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from such suspensions, terminations, variations or change as set out in clause 8, or arising from the Wombat VIP Club program, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.
- Members may terminate their membership to the Wombat VIP Club program at any time, without reason, by giving written notice to:
